Administrative Building of Bureaucratic insurance company
Placed in the list of the most representative architectural and constructional achievements in Secession style, the building was designed (1910 - 1913) by architect Fingov. After September 9th , 1944 the building was nationalized, and in 1951 there was accommodated the newly established State Savings Bank. In 1976 the building was declared an architectural and artistic monument - because of "the rich plastic decoration of the exterior and interior."
