This project presents cultural heritage of national importance in the city of Sofia. It is co-financed and realized with the support of the programme "Culture" of Sofia Municipality.

The Central Mineral Baths building
Built in 1905 -1910 period, by the conceptual project of architect Petko Momchilov and Friedrich Grunanger in the early 20th century on the site of an old Turkish bath, which was destroyed. The decoration of the facades is typical for the beginning of last century national romantic style and is one of the high achievements of the Bulgarian architecture. In 1955y. was declared a cultural monument of national importance. The bathroom works until 1988y. Then was neglected for a long time and in 1998 by a decision of the Municipal Council was given a new purpose - Museum of History in Sofia. During the period 1998 - 2008, ​​many restoration works were made, but yet the building is not open for visitors.
